well . . .

She is now officially scheduled for a birth date of October 5, 2010.

But will she have a name?

Any suggestions?

And we are officially old . . .

Yep, we have one of these now. Is it sad that I make up errands just so I can drive it?

Happy Sleeping

A package from Grandma Shirlene arrived and in it was found just the right thing for happy sleeping this summer.

Pink Princess Pajamas.

I may never get her to take them off!

Jack is pretty fond of his new truck pjs too.

Thanks Grandma Shirlene.

Almost Done

Ryan spends his last day as an Anesthesia Resident tomorrow.

To celebrate the completion of residency, the Anesthesia Department hosted a graduation dinner on Saturday night.
Ryan and his classmates.

Ryan was the MC for the class video. I am glad that everyone else got to witness Ryan's great sense of humor. It was hilarious and I didn't even know all of the inside jokes.

Ryan and I at dinner.

4 years of a lot of sacrifice and hard work.

Glad to be staying in Rochester and moving on to the life of an attending.

Here's to lots of family dinners and bedtime routines together!

Getting back into the swing of things

We survived our red eye flight home from Salt Lake last week and are getting back into our groove. Our trip was a blast and we saw lots of family and some of our friends. Here are the highlights with more in depth posts for the Grandmas when I get the next spare moment to upload pictures.
We rode Thomas the Train in Heber with Grandma and Grandpa Parry.

We went to Logan twice.
Jack and Addy sitting on the rocks outside Great Grandma Edith's House.
We saw my oldest nephew, Riley, graduate as the Salutatorian from Bonneville High. I only cried 3 times at graduation. Can't believe he is heading off to college this fall. Seriously, when did he grow up?
Addy feel in love with "MY princess brella" given to her by Grandma Shirlene. She carried it around our entire trip. She loves it.

Pink or Blue?

Jack was very excited to go to the Helicopter Hospital this morning for my ultrasound.

We were talking about Daddy's helicopter work. (Jack would be sad to know that Ryan does not really have anything to do with the helicopters that land on top of the hospital.)

I told Jack that Daddy would be wearing a hat when we saw him and blue pajamas.

Jack laughed and told me I was silly.
I was right:)
Highlight for the kids was watching the elevator in the parking garage go up and down.

This was right before the start of the 2 HOUR long ultrasound. Yes, 2 HOURS. It was way too long but the kids and parents survived. Having a brand new technician did not help things move any faster.

And at the end we found out that everything is looking good and that we will most likely bring the baby home from the hospital in

pink.
